Tsinghua Global Youth Dialogue
Tsinghua Global Youth Dialogue (TGYD) is a global platform for youth leaders and international programs initiated by Tsinghua University. It aims to establish an exchange network between Tsinghua and global youth leaders, empowering youths through practical experiences, and fostering mutual understanding and cooperation for global ecosystem. Supervised by the Center for Global Competence Development at Tsinghua and coordinated by the TGYD Secretariat, it has launched a series of successful branded innovation events, summer exchange dialogues and overseas practical activities, etc. TGYD aims to lay the groundwork for global youth network and cooperation hubs to address global challenges, thriving for a prosperous international youth organization.

Deep-Dive Dialogues in China
TGYD has developed four major discussion topics: Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Civilization, and United Youth. Our sub-dialogues have already engaged more than 60 global youth leaders, encouraging the younger generation to spark innovative ideas in technology innovation, sustainable development, and cultural exchange.
Cross-Generation Dialogues and Overseas Exchanges
To immerse cross-generation communication, TGYD constantly invited industry pioneers to join the dialogues, exchanging latest and insightful opinions for future talents. The organization has successfully held the Cutting-edge Dialogues, Youth Voice, and Overseas Parallel Dialogues. It strives to overcome the boundary of time and space in this particular challenging time for global youths.
Impacts
TGYD has been widely reported by top media in China (CCTV4, CGTN, Global Times), 860+ global media, and channeled through diverse populations in 4 languages. As of the mid of 2025, our dialogue has achieved 2 million+ reading, and has established 10+ MoU for long-term cooperation.
In the future, we will empower collective youths’ voice for more transformative changes.
